摘　　要：春阳酏是一种复方中药,能促进男性功能的口服液饮剂。采用雏鸡、小白鼠,家兔为实验动物,做了急性、亚急性、蓄积毒性实验和过敏反应实验。结果小白鼠LD_(50)=21.9ml/kg(ip)证明无毒性、无蓄积毒性和过敏反应,且能促进未成年动物的生长。And Dept. of pharmacology Mudanjiang Medical college The acute toxicity, subacute toxicity, accumulative toxicity, irritant effect, allergic reaction and hemolytic effect of 'chunyangye' , a new oral vital-function-promoting and body-resistance-strengthening chinese herbal medicine, were tested in rabbits, chickens and mice. The result showed the half lethal dose of the medicine was 21.9ml/kg with no accumulative effect, but slight tolerance and irritant effects on muscle and mucosa, and the intravenous injection with the medicine at the dose of 15ml/kg to the rabbits caused hemolysis but not allergic reaction.
