血淤症与血浆锌铜的关系

摘　　要：血瘀症是中医临床常见的病症之一,可见于多种疾病,如冠心病、脑血管疾患、肝硬化、糖尿病、肿瘤等,采用中药活血化瘀治则治疗后,都取得良好的疗效。为了探讨微量元素Zn、Cu与血瘀症之间的关系,我们诱发制作了血瘀症的动物模型,观察血瘀症大鼠血浆中Zn、Cu的变化。This paper repots detemination of Zn Cu contents in the plasma of normal rat and stagntion of blood by atomic absorption spctrophotomety. The analtion results shows that the Zn contents in the stagantion of blood group is obvius lower than the normal group(p<0.02). Copper is obvious higher the normal group(P<0.05). Zn/Cu value is significant differeace (p<0.001). Therefore, the stagantion of blood is related to the Zn Cu level.
