国人胎儿卵巢组织发生的形态学观察

摘　　要：在16～38周41例胎儿中,取右侧卵巢固定于Bouin液中,制成切片,HE染色,在显微镜下观察了卵巢的发育过程。见到卵巢表面上皮随胎龄变化而发生变化;20周胎儿卵巢出现白膜,到36周时发育完整;16周时在卵巢皮质和髓质交界区出现原始卵泡,20周后大量原始卵泡存在于皮质中且可观察到少数生长卵泡;36周时生长卵泡出现卵泡腔。The observation of the developingprocess of ovaries fixed in Bouin's Solutionand stained with HE under light-microscope, indicates that, with the developmentof embryo, the layer of epithelium changas. In 24 weeks, epithelium can be fo-und in the foldings of the surface, tunica albuginea appears, tending to inte-grate in 36 weeks. The formation of primordial follicles begins at the 16 thweek. Thegrowing follicles, artrum and zona pellucide can be found in the dee-p region of the cortex in 28 weeks.
