登革热38例临床分析

摘　　要：将1991年38例登革热患者临床表现与1985～1986年37例比较发现:消化道症状较多而出血较少。在大多数病例实验室结果显示心肌酶升高、肝、肾功能受损,外周血白细胞及血小板计数减少。38例中的大多数患者感染Ⅰ型或Ⅳ型登革热病毒。Comparing the clinical manifestations of 38 patients with Dengue Fever in 1991, with those of 37 patients in 1985-1986, it is found that digestive tract syndrome is more, but hemorrhage is less. In most of the patients, the results of the laboratory findings show the myocardial enzymes arise, the functions of the liver and kidneys are damaged and the W. I3. C. count and platelet count in the peripheral blood are decreased. Most of the 38 patients are infected with Type I or Type IV Dengue Virus.
