摘 要:在整体实验中观察了FK对麻醉大鼠心肌收缩性和血流动力学的作用,在静脉给大鼠不同剂量FK后,SAP、DAP、MAP、LVSP、HR、+dp/dtmax、(dp/dt)/p和LVPS—(dp/dt)/P环较对照组显著减小或减慢(P<0.01),并呈现良好剂量相关性。其中小剂量FK(7.5mg/kg)对HR和DAP的抑制作用与对照组相比没有显著性差异(P>0.05)。只有当剂量加大到15mg/kg以上时,FK才表现出对HR和DAP的显著抑制作用。上述实验结果提示,FK对心肌收缩性、心率和总的外周阻力均具有显著抑制作用,对心脏的选择作用强于血管。The observation of effects of FK on myocardial contractility and hemodynamics was performed in (?)esth(?)trized rats in vivo. After FK in different dosage was administracted intravenously to rats, SAP, DAP, MAP, LVSP, +dP/dtmax, (dp/dt)p-1, LVP-(dp/dt)p-1 loop and HR were decreased significantly as compared with those of the normal saline control group (p<0. 01). The small dosage of FK (7.5mg/kg), however, inhibited HR and DAP unsignificantly (P<0.05). The above results suggest that FK has inhibitory effects on myocardial contractility and the effects of a lowering of total peripheral resistance.
