喉咽癌细胞DNA含量测定的病理生物学意义

摘　　要：应用流式细胞术测定34例喉咽癌细胞DNA含量,探讨了DNA指数(DI)、细胞增殖指数(PI)与喉咽癌生物学行为及其预后的关系。结果表明:喉咽癌DI为0.88～1.67,非整体率为79.42％。DI和PI随组织病理学分级和临床分期增高而增高;治疗后生存时间<3年者DI和PI显著高于生存>5年者(P<0.01和P<0.05)。本研究表明,DI和PI可作为评价喉咽癌生物学行为和预后的重要指标。DNA index (Dl) and proliferative index (PI) were determined by flow eytometry in 34 cases of hypopharyngeal carcinoma, and their relations with biological behavior and prognosis were also studied. The results showed that Dl values ranged from 0. 88 to 1.67, aneuploid frequency was 79.42%, the Dl and PI increased with the advance of the histopathologic grade and clinical stage,and the Dl and PI of 3-year survival patients were remakably Mgher than those of 5 year-survival patients. The study indicates that DNA content analysis may contribute important information on the biological behavior and prognosis of the hypopharyngeal carcinoma.
