急性心肌梗塞20例酶谱酶峰观察

摘　　要：未经溶栓治疗急性心肌梗塞20例的血清 CPK、GOT、LDH 酶谱酶峰,其开始上升时间分别为7.00±2.3h,6.6±2.0h,23.5±9.1h;酶峰分配为26±7h,30±8h,46±22h,峰值分别高于正常的11.7倍,7倍,2倍。伴高血压患者的峰值高于不伴高血压病患者。we observed enzymogram and enzyme peak in 20 AMI patients admitted within 10 hours after onset of symptoms,who were mot treated by thrombolytic therapy.Blood samples were taken once every 4 hr within 24 hr after onset,once every 12 hr within 2 days and once everyday after two days,the blood sampling continued for 5-7days.Enzymatic actity-time cure revealed that rising time of CPK,GOT and LDH were 7.00±2.3h,6.6±2.0h and 23.5±9.5h,and the enzyme peaks were 26 ±7h,30±8h and 46±22h respectively,i,e.the peak valus were by 11.7,7.9 and 2 times higher than normal values,peak values of CPK and GOT in AMT patiente with hypertension were higher than those in the patients without hyperteension.The enzyme Peak values not only related to infarotion seope, but to myopachynsis.
