冷冻自体肿瘤下颌骨再植的临床研究

摘　　要：基于实验研究和临床初步应用获得成功的基础上,作者对45例下颌骨肿瘤患者施行了冷冻自体肿瘤下颌骨再植术。本研究通过临床、X线片、同位素扫描以及组织病理学检查,并与新鲜自体骨移植相比较,对36例患者进行了6月～7年的随访观察。结果表明:冷冻自体肿瘤下颌骨再植术是根治下颌骨肿瘤、修复术后缺损的有效方法,具有恢复下颌骨功能与防止面部畸形的双重功效。Forty-five patients with various mandibular tumors had undergone the immediate reimplantation of frozen autogenous mandible based on a successful animal experiment and primary application in clinics. Clinical, radiographical, isotopic and histological observations were made on thirty-six patients during follow-up from six months to seven years. The results of frozen autogenous mandible reimplantation were compared with that of fresh autogenous bone graft. The study shows that reimplantation of frozen autogenous mandible involved by tumors is the effective method to eradicate lesions and reconstruct defects in mandible so that the function of mandible and esthetics on maxillofacial region are improved well after operation.
