高原油菜蜂花粉对缺氧动物心、肝、肺组织超微结构的影响

摘  要:用高原油莱蜂花粉喂养动物后进行耐缺氧试验,取动物心、肝、肺组织后用电镜观察,结果表明高原油莱蜂花粉在机体缺氧时,对组织起微结构的损伤有明显的保护作用,从而使机体在缺氧环境下提高组织细胞对氧的利用,加速机体适应于低氧环境。In order to demonstrating the effects of rape bee pollen in plateau to anoxic tolerance of organisms,pollen extract 10g/kg in one time per day was bred to SD rats teated during seven days, and equal quantity of normal saline given to controlled. When seventh day after one hour administered drug, both groups of rats were put in hypobarie chamber simulated 8000m above sea level and stopped for two hours and thirty minutes,and then were anatomized to sampling. Electron microscopic study had been doing from four cases in every group randomized. Our experimental results were showed as follows: 1 Hrart Muscles:In tested group there were mild swelling of mitochondria in two cases,and the ultramicroscopic structure were basically normal in other two. In four controlled cases,the mitochondria appeared swelling into vacuole, myoplasm reticula expended, glycogen decreased and myofabrils dissolved and breaking. 2 Lung: only one case in tested group showed mild intra—alveolsr edema. Swelling of mitochomdria, expeinding of endoplasm reticula were observed in Ⅰ type alveolar endothalia. Desquamating of microvilli, swelling of capillary endothelia on alveolar walls were showed in Ⅱtype. 3 Liver:In tested group,the peripheral collecting of nuclear chromatins in liver cells were observed accidentally,and otherwise than mild swelling mitochondria were not showed abnormoily. There were disrupting of membrane in liver cells,partial extension of bile capillaries, desquamating of microvilli, swelling and bteaamg of mitochondria, extreme cystoid extension of rough endoplasm reticula ,decreasing of glycogen and increasing of electron density in whole liver cells in four cases controlled. This paper presented the pathologic lesions involved with ultramicroscopic structure of tissues after axia in tested group bred pollen which were less than controlled clearly. It is suggested that the pollen able to increase an anoxic tolerance of organisms.
