胎脾、胸腺LAK细胞制备及治疗晚期肿瘤患者初试

摘　　要：本文报道了一种从人胎儿脾脏和胸腺细胞制备LAK细胞的方法。经IL-2激活后LAK细胞的NK活性由16.2±6.7％提高到32.4±17.6％。用此LAK细胞治疗了14例患进展期转移癌的患者。每例患者经外周静脉输注LAK细胞4～5次,每次接受的细胞剂量为2～23×10~8LAK细胞。结果表明,这一疗法是安全有效的。14例患者中有11例在治疗后4～23个月病情稳定,其中2例局部转移癌灶完全消失,另1例缩小50％。另外3例治疗期间病情继续进展。We have described a method for the preparation of LAK cells from spleen and thymus of human embryo. NK activity of LAK cells activated by IL-2 was risen from 16. 2±6. 7% to 32. 4 ±17. 6%. Fourteen patients with advanced metastatic cancer were treated using LAK cells. LAK cells were infused into each patient through a peripheral venous catheter for 4～5 times. Patients received 2 ～23×10~8 cells at each dose. Results showed that this therapy is safe and effective. Eleven of fourteen patients showed stable disease during therapy for 4～23 months after end of therapy. In two of eleven patients local metastatic cancer had disappeared; the other reduced more than 50% in the size. Another three patients continued to progress during therapy.
