摘 要:用淋巴细胞转化实验和免疫细胞化学方法,观察鼠胸腺细胞在体外培养时的生长增殖。观察发现:胎鼠第14至16天时胸腺细胞在加胎牛血清和白细胞介素-2(IL-2)的 KC_(2000)培养液中。易于成活。胎鼠第17天和18天及生后第1、3、5、7、9、11、13、、15、、17天的鼠胸腺细胞,在不加胎牛血清,只加 IL-2的 KC_(2000)培养液中均能生长增殖,而且发育全过程中出现了两个增殖高峰;第一个增殖高峰在胎鼠第17天;第二个增殖高峰在生后第7天。鼠胸腺细胞在体外生长时期呈现了抗原抗体反应,说明体外培养的鼠胸腺细胞能出现增殖和分化。Growth and proliferation of thymic cell from mice cultured in vitro was observed with lymphocyte proliferation assay and immunoctyochemstry.Experiment results indicate. Thymic cell from fetal mice at 14th to 16th days cultured with KC-2000 medium containing fetal beef serum and IL-2 may liver.Thymic cell from fetal mice at 17th-18th days and new born mice at age of 1.3.5.7.9.11.13.15.and 17 days cultured with KC-2000 only containing IL-2 are all capa- ble of proliferation.There are two proliferation peaks which are at 17th day of fetal mice and 7th day of new born mice in the whole development process.Thymic cell expressing antigen-antibody reaction at development stage in vitro indicates that thymic cell cultured may presents proliferation and differ- entiation.
