红细胞维生素B_2硅镁吸附剂柱层析荧光测定法

摘　　要：本文报道一种红细胞维生素 B_2的测定方法.红细胞样品经盐酸水解后,通过硅镁吸附剂柱层析,去除干扰物质,再用冰醋酸-丙酮洗脱液将吸附在硅镁吸附剂上的维牛素 B_2洗脱,测定荧光强度,计算出维生素 B_2的含量,与AC 法比较,优点在于本法能测出标本中的维生素 B_2含量的绝对值。曾试用于癌症高发区人群现场调查,证实红细胞维生素 B_2缺乏与食管癌、胃癌高发有密切关系。In this report,we Prosent a new determine method for vitamin B_2 in the erythocyte.Specimn of red blood cell made with hydrochloric acid to hydrolysis.And then the hydrolysate go through the silicomagnesio—adsorbent,to eliminate interferential matter from free the hydrolysate.Vitamin B_2 were eluted from the column by theeluant be composed of acetic acid glacial—acetone,and is read fluorometrieally.Compares with the AC—method had a advantage, can examine to the absolutely amount of the Vitamin B_2 of erythocyte.The investigation of high risk area of cancers. demonstrateed that deficiency of vitamin B_2 was clocsly related to the high risk of causing esophageal cancer and gastric cancer.
