肽6A对大鼠异丙肾上腺素心肌损伤的治疗作用

摘　　要：本文在大鼠皮下注射异丙肾上腺素造成的心肌损伤模型上用合成的纤维蛋白原降解肽片断——肽6A 治疗,明显减轻了由异丙肾上腺素引起的心肌损伤,抑制心肌磷酸肌酸激酶、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶、乳酸脱氢酶和谷草转氨酶的漏出,降低血浆纤维蛋白原的含量,阻止异丙肾上腺素引起的心肌组织钙聚积,表现出明显的心肌保护作用。实验结果提示,肽6A 可能对于缺血性心肌疾病的治疗具有潜在的临床应用价值。Cardio-protective action of synthetic peptide 6A,fibrinogen degradation segment,was observed on the myocardial injury model produced by subcutaenous injection of isoproterenol(83 μmol·kg^(-1)/d) into rat.Treatment with peptide 6A(50 μmol·kg^(-1)/d,iv)significantly ameliorated isoproterenol- induced myocardial lesion,inhibited release of myocardial creatine phosphokinase,α-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase,lactate dehydrogenase and glutamate-oxaloacetate transaminase,lowered plasma fibrinogen content,and markedly prevented myocardial calcium accumulation.The regults suggest that peptide 6A could have potential significance for clinical therapy of ischemia heart diseases.
