海尔福排汞的疗效观察

摘　　要：用右江民族医学院研制生产的中草药海尔福口服液,对某汞矿18例高尿汞工人治疗15天,测定服药前后尿汞的含量,结果表明:服药前尿汞平均含量为0.124mg/L。服药15天后尿汞平均含量为0.052mg/L,两者比较,P<0.01,差异有高度显著性。病人自觉症状有明显好转。排汞效果与动物试验结果相符合。Haierfu syrup prepared from Chinese medicinal herbs produced by Youjiang Medical College was administered orally for 15 days to 18 workers with nigh-level mercury in urine due to exposure to mercury occupationally. The 18 subjects' mean urinary mercury contents dropped from 0.124 mg/L be- fore the administration of the medicine to 0.052 mg/L after the treatment, which showed a significant difference (P<0.01) . The subjective symptoms have been improved. The effect of eliminating mercury in human urine by Haierfu conformed to that of the animal experiments.
