摘  要:对百色市五所医院内足月妊娠分娩孕妇的考察结果显示,百色市孕妇(尤其农村孕妇)的膳食结构很不合理,营养均衡性较差,孕妇贫血患病率高达70.23%。营养状况较好组贫血患病率明显低于营养较差组(P<0.01)。并发现存在孕妇贫血状况影响母体形体指标对子代遗传度的现象。The pregnant women of partus maturus in five hospitals in Bose were observed. The results showed that their dietary structure was not rational, especially that of pregnant farmer women, the nutrient balance was relatively poor and the morbidity of anemia was as high as 70.23%. The morbidity of anemia was obviously lower in the group of good nutri- tion condition than in that of the poor one( P<0.01 ). It was also found that the anemic conditions in pregnant women affected the heredities from maternity to filial generation on the physique indices.
