摘　　要：本文比较了齐齐哈尔地区健康成人1983、1988和1991年甲状腺吸~I(131)率的变化。结果表明:因居民日食碘量增加而甲状腺吸~I(131)率正常值降低,对甲状腺机能低下诊断不敏感,但不影响甲亢的诊断。提出吸~I(131)率正常值定期修订的临床意大。Here we detected the change of throidal uptaking131 I rate among the heal-tthy adults in Qiqihar region in 1982,1988 and 1991. The result showed:Being the quantity of I uptaken by them in daily increased, the nomal Values of the rate of throidal uptaking 131I were dicreased. It was not sensitive tn diag_ nose hypOparathyroidism bat it did not influence diagnosing the hyperpara-tnhyroidism. And suggested that the normal values of: the rate of throidal up taking 131I should be important in clinical diagnosis.
