摘　　要：应用放射免疫分析法分别测定了糖尿病、高血压、冠心病和植物神经系统紊乱病人的血清胰岛素基础值及葡萄糖负荷的血清胰岛素值,以便进一步认识胰岛素释放试验在上述疾病诊治中的价值。In this artical, we applied the released experiment of serum insulin to detect individually the base data and the data of glucose load about serum insulin during the patients with diabetes mellitus, hypertension, coronary heart disease and vegetative nerve functional disturbance.So that we could relize the application value of the released experiment of serum insulin in the above disease.
