摘　　要：应用氚标核苷酸标记被检者血清中HBVDNA聚合酶-P(DNA-P)活性,结果表明,此项检测比目前临床上肝炎病毒5项检测敏感,对乙型肝炎的临床诊断有重要意义。It is important for the clinical diagnosis of hepatitis B the inspection of hepatitis B virus(HBV) DNA polymerase activity.In this paper,We used tritium nucleotide to mark HBV DNA-P in blood serum nucleotide. of the person being dinspected,to determine the DNA-P activity.The resulte showed that this detection was more sensitive than the present clinical five way for discovering Hepatilis Binfection.It was significance for the clinical diagnose of hepatilis B.
