由一起暴发性食物中毒患者粪便中分离出VBO_2型非01群霍乱弧菌的研究

摘　　要：本文报告了由暴发性食物中毒患者粪便中分离出非01群霍乱弧菌的研究结果。结果表明,在收集到的7例住院患者的粪便中有6例检出了相同血清型—VBO_2型非01群霍乱弧菌。在患者恢复期血清中,该菌相应抗体呈低度升高,用毒力基因探针检测表明,所有分离菌株均有霍乱溶血毒素同源性基因,但未发现霍乱肠毒素基因,提示了该菌致病因子的复杂性。A collection of serovar VBO_2 of vibrio cholerae non-01 from an outbreak of food-poisnoing in Qingdso was studied. The rosult showed that six strains were isolated from seven hospitalised patients in which serum antibody to these isolates was not significantly increased. With virulent gene probe testing, it was found that all strains possessed the gene homogeneous to cholera haemolysin but no gene homogeneous to choleratoxin, suggeating the complexity of pathogenic factors.
