苦参碱抗鸭乙肝病毒作用的实验观察

摘　　要：选用垂直传播感染DHBV阳性麻鸭,分设苦参碱注射液三个剂量的实验组和DHBV(+)对照组,给药剂量分引为肌注2mg/kg、5mg/kg和lOmg/kg,连续6周,每周3次隔日注射.对照组同时肌注生理盐水。结果发现.三个剂量组麻鸭的血清DHBV DNA含量在给药后均有不同程度的下降,尤以5mg/kg和10mg/kg剂量组为明显(P<0.01),停药2周后血清DHBV DNA含量无回升,表明苦参碱对鸭乙肝病毒有较好的抑制作用。40 ducks infected with DHBV in the way of materal transmisson were divided into 4 , groups. Matrine was given in group Ⅰ (2mg/kg, im, qod), group Ⅱ (5mg/kg, im, qod) and group Ⅲ (10mg/kg, im, qod). Normal Saline was given in group Ⅳ which was served as control. The treatment course was six weeks. The results showed that the levels of serum DHBV DNA of three treatment groups were decreased (P<0. 01). And no changes of the levels of serum DHBV DNA were found in all treatment groups two weeks after with-drawing matrine. It is suggested that matrine could inhibit DHBV.
