液氮储皮的临床应用

摘　　要：我院1982年建立液氮储皮库以来,至1990年期间,临床采用液氮储存的异体皮及猪皮抢救烧伤面积大于80％,三度烧伤面积大于50％的病人共75例,治愈25例,其中1982～1984年治愈率为19.04％;1985～1987年为32.43％;1988～1990年为52.94％,取得逐年明显提高治愈水平的效果。本文介绍了采用的尸体皮及猪皮的制备和储存方法,临床三种烧伤创面,共110例的临床资料;应用经验和效果;以及典型病例等。From 1982 to 1990, we developed liquid nitrogen preserved skin as a skin bank for the clinical management of burn wounds and achieved remarkable success in treating major burn patients. In this period, 75 cases of total body surface area >80% and/or third degree burn surface area. >50% were treated with preserved skin. Among.them, 25 cases survived (33.33%); 4/21 cases survived (19.04%) in the period from 1982～1984; 12/37 cases survived (32.43%) from 1985～1987; 9/17 cases survived (52.94%) from 1988～1990. The preparation and storage of homoskin and pig skin, the usage and effects of clinical application are described. Clinical data of 110 cases indicated that preserved pig skin is being used quite successfullly: ①to cover minimally contaminated fresh partial thickness burn wounds and donor sites until healing; ②to cover granulating surfaces as biologic dressings; and ③ to provide fine debridement of burn wound for autograft. Preserved homoskin is being used successfully as mesh graft combined with insert small autograft or micro autograft for excised burn wound. It is concluded that liquid nitrogen preserved skin is a practical and effective technique for management of major third degree burn wound.
