摘  要:从自由采食青干草的水牛瘤胃分离出4种厌氧真菌,分别属于 Neocallimastix、Piromyces、Orpinyoes 和(?)属。Neocallimastix sp。球形孢子囊着生在多分枝的“主根”上,孢子多鞭毛;Piromyoes (?)孢子囊椭圆形,孢子单鞭毛。此二属均为单中心真菌。Orpinomyces bovis 孢子囊球形,壁较厚,具独特的孢子囊柄复合物,孢子多鞭毛;(?)elegans 孢子囊梭形,顶端具一细突,孢子单鞭毛。此二属均为多中心真菌。其中,以(?) elegans 的羧甲基纤维素酶(CMCasc)活力和降解滤纸纤维的能力为最强。Four genera(in all four species)of anaerobic fungi were isolated from the rumen of swamp buffaloes fedhay only.Neocallimastix sp.is monocentrie and has a globose sporangium with polyflagcllate zoospores born on a muchbranched main rhizoid.Piromyces con(?)is is monocentric and has an cllipsoidal sporangium with monoflagellatezoospores.Orpinomyoes bovis is polycentrie and has a thick wall sporangium born on sporangiphore complex.Theirzoosspores are polyflagellate.R(?)es is polycentric and has a fusiform sporangium usually with an acuminateapex.Their zoospores are monoflagellate.Four isolates were similar in morphology of zoospores and sporangia either in(?) or in vitro.R.elegans has the highest CMCase activity and the strongest ability for paper cellulose degradation.
