摘  要:对饲喂棉饼所致水牛尿结石症的4个田间病例和3个试验性诱发病例的尿结石样品应用化学定性、x-射线物相分析、扫描电子显微镜观察和 x-射线能谱分析(EDS)等手段进行了化学组成和显微结构的分析。结果表明,肾石中龟裂田块状结构、环形小结石及片状集合体,某些膀胱结石中斜方柱状晶体,呈蜂窝样结构的颗粒和有多种形态的颗粒等均是以磷酸铵镁为其主要组成成分。作者对磷酸铵镁型尿结石的成因作了简要的讨论,并对某些膀胱尿石中新发现的一种富含钾的柱状晶体(与磷酸铵镁具有相近物相)初步鉴定为磷酸钾镁。The chemical composition and microstructure of 7 uroliths from 4 field cases and 3 experimental inducedcases in water buffalo caused by feeding cottonseed meal diets were studied by chemical qualitative analysis,scanningelectron-microscopy,x-ray diffraction and x-ray energy dispersive spectrometry(EDS).It was shown that the struvite isa major component either in kidney stone or in some bladder stone.The kidney stones were usually crackled massive,spherical or bladelike aggregate.The bladder stones were granular with reticular surface,and granular with variousforms or prismatic crystals under scanning electron microscope.The formation of urolith of sturvite was brieflydiscussed.Some newly found prismatic crystals which were rich in potassium and similar to struvite in crystal structure,were identified as postassium magnesium phosphate in some bladder stones.
