摘  要:用化学沉淀法研制出缺钙型含碳酸盐氟羟磷灰石,借助热失重一差热分析、X射线衍射分析、红外光谱、扫描电镜等手段对这一材料的相组成、结构和性能进行了观察和分析,并对其与纯羟磷灰石的异同进行了分析比较,还测定了其含氟量及生物学性能。结果表明这一材料的组成和性能更接近人体硬组织内的矿物质,用于人体是安全的,煅烧可以引起其物理、化学、相组成以及微观形态的变化。Hydroxyapatite, Carbonate and F ellement in the mineral of human hard tissue are basic composition and have important physical functions. In this study, the calcium deficiency fluoridated carbonate containing hydroxyapatite (CO_3-FHA) was prepared by the chemical precipitation. CO_3-FHA more closely resembles the mineral of human hard tissue in component, structure and properties, so that it can accurately reflect reactivity of biological apatite compared with pure HA. The properties of CO_3-FHAwere analyzed by TG-DTA, XRD, IR and SEM. Fluoride quantity and biological response of CO_3-FHA were also tested. The results showed as follws: (1) The prepared CO_3-FHA by the chemical precipitation was feasible. The prepared materials safe in human. (2) CO_3-FHAwas more similar to the mineral of hard tissue of organism in component and properties, compared with the other bieceramics. (3) Calcining could cause the changes of the materials in physics, chemistry, phase component and structure.
