摘　　要：分别在兔子左下切牙远端人工制备牙槽窝,植入羟基磷灰石生物陶瓷种植体,分别于1、3、6个月处死兔子,制成标本在光镜及电镜下观察。种植体与骨组织1个月时为纤维性结合;3个月时大部分为骨性结合,少部分为纤维性结合;6个月时为骨性结合,有较多骨组织长入种植体内。另再拔除兔子上前牙,即刻将种值体植入牙槽窝内,同法观察。1个月时大部分为纤维性结合,根尖为骨性结合;3个月时为骨性结合,有较多骨组织长入种植体(多孔型)内;6个月时为骨性结合。生理性牙槽窝有利于种植体与周围组织的结合与稳固;多孔型比致密型固位快,可能与表面微孔有关;种植体与骨组织的结合是一种正合关系。Experimental 1: HA implants were implanted into the artificial tooth sockets located in distant part of left lower incisiors in rabbits, the wound was sutured. The rabbits were killed at 1, 3 and 6 months respectively. Microscopically, the integration of bone and implants was of fibrous adhesion at 1 month, and most of it direct contact at 3 months,direct contact with much more bony tissue growing into the implants at 6 months. Experiment 2. HA implants were implanted into the tooth sockets while upper anterior incisors were extracted, and then fixed with wiring at 1, 2, 3, and 6 months, the rabbits were killed and specimen were microscopically observed. At a month integration of bone and implant was fibrous adhesion, at 2 and 3 months direct contact with much more bone tissue growing into the implants and at 6 months direct contact. It showed that HA implants which were implanted into physiological tooth socketssimilar to normal socket, were integrated with direct contact after 2 months compared with incomplete direct contact of those implanted into artificial tooth socket-similar to trauma after 3 months. The tooth socket after extraction provided an advantage for the implant integration and stability. The implant of multihole type was faster integrated than the dense type because the former had many multihole in its surface.
