非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病患者血浆氨基酸浓度的测定

摘　　要：采用Beckman 6 300高分辨氨基酸自动分析仪,以生理体液内标法,检测了 19例非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病(NIDDM)患者血浆39种游离氨基酸。结果表明,NIDDM 患者血浆支链氨基酸(亮氨酸、异亮氨酸和缬氨酸)、胱氨酸、鸟氨酸及赖氨酸水平升高;精氨酸水平降低。The concentration of 39 free amino acids in plasma in patients with non-in sulin-dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM) were measured by means of high performance amino acid analyser (Beckman 6300), with the internal standard method of physilological fluid,and compared them with the normal adult reference values. The results showed that the levels of branched-chain amino acids(leucine,isoleucine and valine) ,cystine,ornithine and lysine were significantly higher in NIDDM patients than in normal subjects (P<0. 05 or P <0. 01). However,the content of arginine was significantly lower in NIDDM patients than in normal subjects (P<0. 05).
