The Role of Determination of the Serum Urea/Creatinine Ratio for Detection of Bleeding Site in Gastrointestinal Hcmorrhage

摘  要:对63例急性胃肠出血患者进行了血清尿素氮/肌酐(BUN/Cr)比值的测定。结果:43例上消化道出血患者,血清BUN/Cr 比值为102.40±35.01;相反,20例无胃肠出血对照组为48.35±3.03;20例下消化道出血患者为44.85±5.74。上消化道出血与下消化道出血患者相比,BUN/Cr 比值差异有显著性意义(P<0.001)。上消化道出血患者BUN/Cr 比值均大于55。另外,上消化道出血患者中,出血第3天BUN/Cr 比值仍高于55以上。上述结果表明,血清BUN/Cr 比值的测定系一种简单、方便实用,是判断胃肠出血部位的诊断方法。In order to evaluate the bleeding site the serum urea/creatinine(Ur/Cr) ratio was determined in patients with massive gastrointestinal (GI) bleeding. In 43 cases of upper GI bleeding,serum Ur/Cr ratio was 102. 40±35. 01. The ratios were 48. 35±3. 03 and 44. 85±5. 74 respectively in 20 control cases without GI bleeding and in another 20 cases of lower GI bleeding. Serum Ur/Cr ratio in patients with upper GI bleeding was significantly higher than in those with lower GI bleeding (P<0. 001). The ratio was beyond 55. The serum Ur/Cr ratio in patients with upper GI bleeding remained until the 3rd day after bleeding. There results indicate that determination of serum Ur/Cr ratio is a simple,practical and useful method for detection of the bleeding site in patients with massive GI bleeding.
