培哚普利治疗高血压病26例临床观察

摘　　要：本文选择26例Ⅰ、Ⅱ期高血压病患者用培哚普利治疗,12周疗程结束后,收缩压、舒张压均有明显下降,其中卧位收缩压从治疗前22.4±1.9 kPa降至18.5±1.4 kPa、卧位舒张压从13.8±0.7 kPa降至 11.8±0.5 kPa。按本文卧位舒张压≤12 kPa为有效,则总有效率为 85％;按国内标准,总有效率为92％。该药对心率、体重、血液及生化指标无明显影响,不良反应少,头痛19.2％,睡眠障碍、咳嗽、口干各占7.7％,便秘、四肢无力各占3.9％,耐受性良好,且服用方便,因而可作为治疗轻、中度高血压病的一线药物。26 patients with essential hypertension (phases I and I ) were treated with oral perindopril. 12 weeks after treatment,supine systemic blood pressure was lowered from 22. 4±1. 9 kPa to 18. 5±1. 4 kPa and supine diastolic blood pressure from 13. 8±0. 7 kPa to 11. 8±0. 5 kPa. The overall effectiveness rate is 85% according to criterion of this paper and 92% according to Chinese criterion. Side effects were observed in a few patients, includ ing dizziness (19. 2%),sleeping disorders,cough and thirst (7. 7% respectively) .constipa tion and fatigue(3. 9% respectively). From the abpve it may be suggested that perindopril is an effective well tolerated, easily administered antihypertensive drug,which can be used for treatment of mild and moderate hypertension.
