类风湿性关节炎患者的碱性磷酸酶的变化

摘　　要：对31例类风湿性关节炎(RA)患者用雷公藤治疗前后及34例正常人进行了碱性磷酸酶(ALP)测定,结果表明,RA组的ALP 的活性明显高于对照组(P<0.01),经雷公藤治疗后RA 患者的总ALP 及骨型 ALP的活性明显降低(P<0.05和<0.01),且骨型 ALP与 ESR 呈正相关(r=0.63.P<0.01)。因此,ALP 活性的高低是鉴别活动性和非活动性 RA的一个重要参考指标。The activities of total and bone alkaline phosphatase isoznyme were deter mined in 31 cases of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) before and after treatment with Triptery gium wilfordii,and in 34 healthy persons (control group). The activities of ALP obviously incroased in patients with RA,and there was statistically difference between RA and control groups (P 0. 01). The activities of ALP obviously decreased after treatment in RA group, and there was significantly differences in total ALP and bone ALP between befre and after treatment (P<0. 05,P<0. 01 ,respectively). Moreover,a postitive correlation between ac tivity of bone ALP and ESR (r=0. 63) was found. The results suggest that the activity of bone ALP may be an important reference parameter in evaluating the degree of pathological activity in RA.
