摘　　要：本文报告37例首发于下颌骨的婴儿骨皮质增生症,讨论其病因、临床表现、实验室检查、X线所见、诊断与鉴别诊断、治疗和预后等。提出诊断的五个标准。婴儿下颌骨骨皮质增生较少见,不熟悉此症者容易误诊,甚至做出错误处置,给患儿造成不应有的损失。Thirty-seven cases of infantile mandibular cortical hyperostosis were reported. Etiology, clinical manifestation, laboratory findings, radiographic features, diagnosis and differential diagnosis, treatment and prognosis were discussed in detail. Clinical diagnostic standards were proposed by the authors. The periosteal hyperplasia of the mandible was classified into 3 degrees: mild, moderate and severe type. Although prognosis is good, it is very important for cliniciants to know it for making early diagnosis and differential diagnosis from other diseases.
