关于声带粘膜波动消失的调查研究

摘　　要：对185例各种喉病的患者进行了声带振动和粘膜波动的调查。结果表明,任何原因影响或破坏了声带双重振动体结构,都会导致声带振动或粘膜波动的减弱或消失;声带张力的改变,会引起振动或波动减弱,不对称,或者消失。研究粘膜波动消失和可逆性的变化,可以推论病变的性质、程度及判断预后。The complex motion of the vibratory model of Vocal folds was iuvesigated in 185 patients with larynx diseases. The results showed, no matter Vocal fold'slayer structure was affected or Vocal fold's tension was changed, that the voaal fold's vibration or mucous wave would display weakness, asymmetry or disappearance.We can infer the nature, degree and prognosis of discases from the study about vocal fold's vibratory pattern and reversible variation.
