角巩膜穿通伤的显微缝合及其他治疗

摘　　要：对19例角巩膜穿通伤采用显微缝合技术处理伤口,所有的患眼都取得了良好的愈后。作者认为:所有角巩膜裂伤均应行显微缝合技术处理伤口。脱出的虹膜完整、无明显污染、伤后36h内,用抗菌素冲洗后仍可还纳。伤口在角膜周边部者,伤后虹膜炎症轻、损伤不严重,为防止虹膜前粘连,术后可缩瞳。本文提出了判定角巩膜裂伤缝合术后创口愈合标准,即根据创口瘢痕的宽度、创口对合情况及有无虹膜前粘连分为优、良、可三级。The prognosis of 19 eyes with the cornea and sclera rupture in the group is good after microsurgery technique was adopted in the wound suture. We have conclusions as fellow.all patients with cornea and sclera rupture should be treated by microsurgery technique.If the dislocated iris is complete and not pollute apparently, it could be returned 36 hours after washed by antibiotic, Judging criterion of the healing was put forward in the paper. according to the width of the wound, joining condition of the wound and whether existing anterior synechia of the iris, the postoperative wound in cornea and sclera was classified into three grades: excellent,good and no poor.
