成人肠套叠80例诊治分析

摘　　要：本文总结了80例成人肠套叠的诊治情况。其中男50例,女30例,平均年龄39.3岁。本组80例中,继发性肠套叠共69例占86%。临床表现以腹痛及腹部包块为特点,随着腹痛的发作,包块可同时有大小、软硬度及位置的改变,部分病人有血便史。手术治疗宜早不宜迟,及早手术可以减少肠坏死的发生和肠切除术带来的术后并发症。This paper summarized diagnosis and treatment of 80 cases with adult intussusception. There were 50 men and 30 women in this group,the average age was 39.3 years. Intestinal organic disease was fourd in 69 cases.The clinical manifestations of intussusception were characterized by abdominal pain and abdominal mass. The abdominal mass changed in size, position and hardness following the attack of the abdominal pain.Operation was the main therapeutic methed.This paper indicates that early operation is better than late .Futhermore,this can avoid complications of enterectomy.
