摘 要:中药合剂抗结核散在临床上具有抗结核作用,总疗效率达92%,但在试管内未发现有抗结核菌作用。为了探索抗结核散的作用机制,本文特检测该制剂对实验小鼠肠道正常菌群及免疫功能的影响。检测结果证明,抗结核散具有调整肠道菌群和改善免疫功能的作用。因此,本文认为抗结核散的作用机制可能与调整肠菌群和改善免疫功能有关。The Anti—Tuberculosi Pulvis was Preperated from Ma Lichi, a noted traditional physician of China, with Chinese Medicinal Herbs. This drug is of therapeutic efficienee for Tuberculosis, specially, cavenous Qulmanary Tuberculosis. The total cure rate was more than 92%. But it have not any influence for Bacillus tubercule in vitro. In oder to searching the action mechanism of Anti—tuberculose Pulvis, thisspaper was conducted to investigation of normal intestinal flora and Immunological ruction in mous as a 'Pie Xu' model from view point of Chinese traditional medicine resembles the human tuberculosis. The results was shown that the Anti—tuberculsis Pulois could readjust the intestinal flora and the Immunological function from abnormal to noumal. This paper, therefore, considered that the mechanism of Anti—tuberculose Pulvis is associated with the intestinal flora and could improve the host statement.
