马拉松运动员的血液循环基础状态分析

摘　　要：采用无创伤性血液一循环功能测试仪,分析62名马拉松运动员在静息状态下血液循环和流变学状态。马拉松运动员与对照组比较,SV,SI,SWI,EKT和心脏效率增高,而HR,TPR,Rη和HOI降低。可见,马拉松运动员的血液循环基础状态与一般人有明显的差别。The circulatory and haemorheological state on 62 Marathon runners at rest have studied by use of noninvasive blood-circulatory function test apparatus. The results demonstrated that the SV, SI, SWI, ETK and the cardiac efficiency of the Marathon runners were increased, the HR, TPR, Rη and HOI were decreased. It is suggested that the basic blood—circulatory state of the Marathon runners have changed significantly than the normal control.
