通络熄风注射液治疗脑梗塞的疗效观察(附71例病例分析)

摘　　要：本文报告71例急性脑梗塞应用通络熄风注射液治疗的对照研究结果。观察组以通络熄风注射液20ml 加入5%葡萄糖注射液中静脉滴注;对照组以低分子右旋醣酐静脉滴注。均每日1次,15～28天为一疗程。结果观察组总有效率为83.10%。说明通络熄风注射液治疗急性脑梗塞有明显的疗效。Seventy-one cases of acute cerebral infarction were treated by Togluoxifen,and thetherapeutic effect of Tongluoxifen was compared with other 38 cases of acute cerebral infarctiontreated by dextran infusion.In the first group,20ml of Tongluoxifen was drip infused with 500mlof 5% Glucose intraveneously everyday,while the control group recieved 500ml of 10% dextrandrip infusion daily.One course of treatment consits of 15 to 28 days.The effective rate was83.1% in Tongluoxifen group and 83.10% in the control group.It showed that Tongluoxifeninjection was effective in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.
