云南省旋毛虫病流行病学及防治研究概况

摘　　要：1964年西藏首次报道我国人体感染旋毛虫病例,同年本省勐海县白文翰从2例患者活检中检出旋毛虫幼虫包囊而证实,由于本省多数民族(包括部分汉族)有喜吃生肉的陋习,致使本病流行严重程度居全国之首。现已查出12种动物为旋毛虫的自然宿主。采用ELISA试验检测血清中抗体,Dot-ELISA试验检测血清中循环抗原。开展了猪肉内旋毛虫的加热及冷冻无害化处理等研究,现综述于下。Trichinosis is widely distributed in Yunnan Province because most people in the minority area eat raw meat and even drink fresh animal blood. Outbreaks of trichinosis due to eating raw pork(so called 'Oru' or 'Shengpi')increased considerably in last 10 years. According to the data collected from 1964 to 1989, during 341 outbreaks in 34 counties, 11406 cases suffered from this disease, and 173 patients died. Sera from 3842 inhabitants in 12 counties were examined with ELISA, the mean positive rate was 13.6%(3.3-36.9%). Two sets of sera from 70 and 484 pigs, subjected to ELISA. gave positive rates of 50% and 7% respectively, while the corresponding positive rates for larva detected with pressed preparation of muscle were 28.6% and 0.8%, indicating that ELISA might be used in epidemiological investigation.The infestation rates of Trichinella spiralis in animal hosts under examination were pig 1%, boar (3/3),dog 9.6%,cat 16.2%,rat 2%, lion(1/1), cattle (1/1), goat (1/1), muntjac(2/2), bamboo rat(1/1). Among them pig was manifested to have great epidemiological importance.Several drugs were tested in treatment of both experimental animals and patients. Results showed that thiobendazole and mebendazole could improve the symptoms but did not kill the encapsulated larvae, while intramuscular injectio of albendazole likely exerted lethal effect on both the larvae of invasive and encapsulated phases. Thorough cooking of meat or deep freezing at - 18℃ for 6-8 days were effective in killing the larvae in pork as shown by experiments.
