B超监视下细针穿刺细胞学诊断盆腔肿块的价值

摘　　要：作者对40例临床难以确诊的盆腔肿块,在B超监视下进行细针穿刺吸引细胞学检查。细胞学检查结果:癌细胞7例,瘤细胞7例,未见瘤细胞者26例。40例中行手术者25例,其中9例为癌细胞及瘤细胞阳性者,与手术标本病理检查对照,阳性符合率为100%。未见瘤细胞者16例,与术后病理诊断符合者14例,2例假阴性,细胞学诊断准确率为95%。The fine ncedlle aspiration (FNA) cytologic diagnosis under B-ultrasoundmonitoring was reported in 40 cases with several lelvic lumps. Among them7 cases with positive cancer cells, 7 cases with positive tumor cells and 26cases with negative tumor cells were defined by this method. Nine cases from25 operated cases were postive in cancer or tumor cells and the coincidencerate of positive cytologic and postoperative pathologic diagnosis was 100%,Two pseudonegative cases were discovered by operation thus the accuracy rateof the FNA. was 95% (38/40). No pseudopositive and complications appearedin FNA.
