86CrMoV7钢表面激光处理及其组织与耐磨性的研究

摘  要:选用三种不同形式的激光表面强化处理工艺对86CrMoV7钢样品表面进行处理,对其处理层的组织特征及其磨粒磨损行为进行了一定的分析与探讨。结果表明,处理后的86CrMoV7钢样品表面性能有不同程度的提高,在本实验条下,表面熔敷,快速熔凝及相变硬化处理层的显微硬度比基体硬度分别提高了Hm 5880、5195和3625(MPa)。分析处理层表面硬度及耐磨性提高的主要原因是:晶粒组织细化,混合型细针马氏体强化及颗粒状碳化物弥散强化;得到超细柱状晶沿垂直于表面方向伸延;发现在快速熔凝层组织中存在Cr7C3型碳化物(Cr,Fe,V)_7C3呈超细颗粒弥散分布。处理层磨粒磨损失效的主要特征是逐步显微切削。Three types of laser surface strengthening technologies were applied in the material surface modification of 86CrMoV7 steel which is used for working rolls in cold strip mills. The microstruc-tures and the abrasive wear characteristics of surface layer treated by laser have baen analyzed and investigated. The results show that the characteristics of the surface layer of treated 86CrMoV7 steel were improved to a certain degree. The micro-hardness of the surface layer treated by laser solid state hardening,laser glazing and laser cladding of WC + Co alloyed powder increased by Hm 3625, 5195 and 5880 MPa respectively. The analyses indicated that the refinement of martensitic microstructure is benificial to the micro-hardness and the abrasive wear resistance of the surface. The superfine column grains oriented perpendicularly to the surface after laser glazing contributes the better abrasive resistance. It is observed that there is(Cr, Fe, V ) 7 C3 carbide in the layer of laser glazing. Both worn surface and wear debris of the layer treated by laser have been studied. It is shown that the 'step by step' micro-cutting is the main mechanism in abrasion.
