水冷背心降温效果医学生理学的实验观察

摘  要:模拟40℃、45℃工况条件,7名男性(18~23岁)受试者着水冷背心进行降温效果观察。模拟40℃工况、背心进水温度24℃和27℃时,连续工作时间分别是120min和180min,是不着水冷背心组(67±12min)的1.8倍和27倍。生理学综合指标Y值分别为1.23和1.44,降温效果80%以上;模拟45℃工况、背心进水温度30℃时,工作时间是64±20min是不着水冷背心组(36±20min)的1.8倍,Y值为2.36,降温效果28%。上述生理学综合指标都低于GJB 477—88医学标准规定的Y允许值(2.50)。由于降温效果良好,工作时间延长,可大大提高工效和应激能力。Under simulated working conditions (temperatures 40℃ and 45℃), seven male subjects (18-23 years old) took part in a series of experiments for the observation of the heat-reducing effect of the water—cooling vest.Experiments showed that at a simulated tem perature of 40℃ and with the temperatures of incoming water into the vest at 24℃ and 27℃, the subjects could sustain working for a duration of 120 and 180 minutes respectively, which were 1.8 and 2.7 times longer than that of the control group (67±12min).Comprehensive physiological indexes(Y) were 1.23 and 1.44.Heat-reducing efficiency was over 80%.At 45℃ and with the temperature of the cooling water maintaining at 30℃, the subjects could sustain working for 64±20 min, which was 1.8 times longer than that of the control group (36±2min), with the Y value being 2.36 and heat-reducing efficiency 28%.The above physiological indexes were all lower than the allowable value Y(2.50) specified in the GJB 447-88 medical standard.Being effective in reducing heat and capable of sustaining work durations, the vest can greatly enchance the working efficiency and stress performance.
