唤起“大卫生观”与健康责任的强烈意识

摘　　要："大卫生"是在医学的进一步社会化,进一步分化与综合和深化改革的过程中以教育医学模式转换;健康模式转换的情况下提出的新观念。此观念具有以下几个特征:一是社会性;二是整体性;三是开放性;四是多样性;五是动态发展性。究其内涵要突出一个"大"字。既要有大的战略思想,大的战略原则;大的战略方针;大家一齐动手;为大家积极服务;大家共同受益。健康责任泛指国家、集体、个人应承担的健康义务,推而广之亦指世界上全人类应负的健康任务。"大卫生观"与健康责任二者具有辩证统一的关系。目前强化"大卫生观"与健康责任意识,这是时代的呼唤,是人类繁衍生存、健康长寿的迫切需求。本文仅从医学的某些角度为主对其进行探讨。'Social Health' is a new concept created under the circumstances of th socialibation of medicine, the deepening of reform, the change of medica model and health model. The concept has following features: first, social nature; second, entirety; third, openness; fourth, diversity; fifth, dynamic and developmental character. The concept is mainly characterized by its social nature, which ask to deal with health problems from the view of society. Health responsibility is broadly refered to that a nation, a collective, an imdividual should undertake the health duty. It can be extended to refer that the globe should undertake health duty.'social health concept'and'health responsiblity' has the relationship of dialectical unity. At present, the emphasis on the consciousness of'soical healthc oncept'and'health responsibilty' is called by the modern times, and essentially required by survial of human being. The paper discuss those issues from view of medicine.
