摘 要:本文报道高温与CO联合作用对高脂膳食家兔血液流变学的研究。结果表明,实验40d,高温加CO组全血粘度(7.878±0.525mPa·s)、血浆粘度(1.814±0.066mPa·s)、红细胞压积(0.327±0.031)、血红蛋白(145.0±0.6g/L)、红细胞(667.2±59.4×10^(12)/L)明显高于常温组。由此提示,高温与CO联合作用可引起高脂膳食家兔血液流变学变化异常,促使冠心病的发生和发展。This paper reports on the combined effect of heat and carbon monoxide (CO) on hemorheology in rabbits (2~3 kg) fed on cholesterol (1g) and lard (4ml) everyday.All the rabbits were divided randomly into four groups,group A (35℃+750 mg/m3),B (35℃),C (25℃+750 mg/m3) and D (25℃).The exposure was carried out in a climatic chamber for 40 consecutive days (2hours daily).Our experimental results showed that.1.whole blood viscosity (WBV),plasma viscosity,hematocrit (HCT),hemoglobin (Hb),red blood cell (RBC) count and level of erythropoietin (Epo) of group B and A were.significantly increased.2.WBV (7.878±0.525 mPa·s),plasma viscosity (1.814±0.066mPa·s),HCT (0.327±0.031),Hb (145.0±0.6 g/L) and RBC (667.2±59.4×1012/L) were higher in group A than in group D by the 40th day of the exposure.The above results suggest that the combined effects of heat and CO may be associated with coronary heart disease.
