热环境综合测试仪的研制及其应用

摘　　要：我们研制了用一个温度读数能反映出气温、气湿、热辐射三者相互变化的仪器:热环境综合测试仪。该仪器系仿人体体型及与环境热交换情况,将圆形黑球改为圆柱体,上一半套以黑色湿纱布成为湿黑球,下一半镀铝,以反射热辐射为干球,将传感器插入其中,经转换调控数字显示,可直接读出综合温度(℃)。经与常规气象测试仪、波球温度计和WBGT指数仪测试比较,结果相近。其相应回归方程为:综合温度(℃)=0.649×湿球温+0.315×黑球温+0.699。优点是技术先进,性能稳定,测定时间短,携带方便。In order to get a suitable method for monitoring hot working environment,we have developed an equipment-three-bulb (dry,wet and black) integrated thermometer,which reflects the mutual changes of air temperature,humidity and heat radiation in one reading.To simulate the heat gain and loss of the human body (supposing one half o'f its surface being affected by heat radiation,the other half being active for evaporation),the ball-shaped black globe is changed into a cylinder-shape,of which the upper part is covered with wet black gauze,acting as a wet-black globe thermometer,and the lower part plated with aluminium for reflecting heat radiation,acting as a dry bulb thermometer The readouts of the thermometer are the complex results reflecting the integrated effects of the three climatic factors.The results measured with this equipment are in agreement with those with other common equipments such as WBGT The regression equation is as follows:Integrated Temperature (℃)=0.649Twb+0.315Tg-0.699
