脑缺血时脑干听觉电反应(BAEP)的实验研究

摘　　要：通过93例缺血性脑血管病人和120例猫脑缺血的动物实验模型证明到,脑缺血对 BAEP 的潜伏期和振幅都有改变,但振幅更为明显。BAEP 的振幅大小与脑血流量成正比关系。脑血流量和神经细胞的酶活性、形态间呈相关性变化。颈动脉系梗塞病人和椎基动脉系梗塞病人的 BAEP 振幅虽较一过性脑缺血发作改变明显,但前两者间无明显差异。The changes of BAEP were observed in caseof cerebral ischemia and experimental cats.Theresults were as follows:(1)The latency of BAEPwere prolonged and the amplitude of BAEP weredecreased markedly.(2)The amplitude of BAEPwas direct proportion to rCBF of brainstem.(3)The amplitude of BAEP in patients of carotidinfarction and basilar infarction were morereduced than transient ischemic attack,but therewas not difference of BAEP in two kinds ofinfarction.
