摘　　要：本文报道应用体外琼脂培养技术,对19例再生障碍性贫血骨髓造血干细胞进行培养,测定GM—CFU数目及其影响因素。通过四组分别培养,提出再障发病机理可能与造血干细胞、抑制性淋巴细胞、血清抑制因子和这血微环境有关。The report is about the culture of marrow hemopoictic system cell in 19 patients with aplaitic aacmia by adopting the method of agar-agar culture outside the body.The number of GM-CFU is found out and its effect is determine. By carrying out the culture in four groups of the patients respectively.it is advanced that the machinism of aplastic anaemia possibly retes hemopoietic system blood cell, inhibitory lymphocyte,inhibitory factor of blood serum and the hemopoietic macro inrionment.
