288例中老年人动态心电图分析

摘　　要：本文分析了288例中老年人动态心电图(DYnamic ECG),下称(DCG)。分析中老年各种心律失常的检出率各组无显著差异(P>0.05)。而ST段抬高以中年组出现次数最多与老年组相比有显著差异(P<0.05)。ST段降低以老年前期女性降低次数最多与本组男性相比有非常显著差异(P<0.01)。DCG对诊断无症状性心肌缺血,鉴别心绞痛类型和各种心律失常等都具有一定临床价值。288 cases of dynamic ECG- (DCG) in middle-aged and aged were analyzed.No significant difference amnng different groups was obserVed in detecting Various arrby-thmias.The incidence of ST segment elevation in middle-aged group was the highest and sign iflcantly higher than that in aged group (P<0.05).The incidence of ST segment depression in female, pre-aged group was the highest and significantly higbr than that in male pre-aged group (P<0.01) .It was suggested thatDCG might be valdable clinically in diagnosing silent myocardial ischemia and differentiatia ting types of angina and various ariousarrhythmias .
