摘　　要：Using blastula cell nuclei as donor and nuclear transplantation technique, Prof. T. C. Tong et al. obtained the nucleo-cytoplasmic hybrid fish of reciprocal combination, i. e. the combination of carp (Cyprinus carpio) and crucian carp (Carassius auratus) or gass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idellus) and blunt-snout bream (Megalobrama amblycephala).
