摘  要:Laser Surface alloying is a process, in which a high-power laser beam is used to scan across the surface of a material, thus forming a melting zone, and then some alloying elements are spread into the melting pool to yield an alloying layer with characteristic properties on the surface of this material. We have studied the laser surface alloying technique and the properties of the alloying layer for 45 carbon steel with the elements Cr and Mo and obtained some useful data.
