摘  要:本文采用有限元数值解法,对某水下结构内部球面隔壁开孔加强区,在均匀压力作用下的应力状态进行计算分析,力学模型由截顶锥壳单元组成,用作者研制的球壳开孔应力分析专用程序计算。本文给出了球壳开孔区的应力及其分布,与解析解和试验值额为吻合。本文还就孔口加厚板的厚度、宽度等结构参数的变化对应力集中系数的影响,进行了系列计算和分析,给出了相应曲线,可供设计者使用和参考。本文所介绍的方法使用简便,计算效率高,有实用价值。The stress distribution in the spherical shell adjacent to reinforcement of cu tout is investigated by the finite element method and a special program developed by the authors for an inner spherical bulkhead. Numerical calculation shows that the results agree well with the test ones and analytical solutions. In addition, a series of calculation and analysis for the effect on S. C. F. by varying the thickness and width of thickened plate, which is installed around the edge of a hole, has been carried out in this thesis, and the corresponding curves obtained can be used by relevant design personnel as reference This method is simple and effective, so it will be of practical value.
