摘　　要：分析了STCW公约马尼拉修正案背景下我国海船船员适任考试、评估和发证规则以及船舶轮机三管轮考试科目与考试大纲的修订内容,在此基础上,提出了高职轮机专业课程体系结构调整、课程解构与重构以及教学实施等方面的具体改革措施建议,为高职航海院校轮机专业顺应新形势发展、进行课程体系优化提供参考。This paper analyzes the revising content of exam subjects and exam outline for ship sailors＇ eligibility exam,evaluation,certificate rule and shipping turbine three wheel in our country under the background of STCW Manila Convention Amendment.On the basis of it,this paper puts forward the specific reforming measures of curriculum system＇s structure adjustment,curriculum explanation and reconstruction,and teaching implementation.In order to make turbine major in higher vocational navigation colleges adapt to the development of new situation,it provides reference for curriculum system optimization.
